Hardware Management Company LLC is located in Natchez, Mississippi. We are a Real Estate Management Company operating in five southern states through Hardware Management Company LLC and our sister company Natchez Hardware Center Inc. Along with several other affiliates, we own and manage over 1,500,000 square feet of commercial real estate. This portfolio of property consists of office, stand alone retail, storage, and multi-tenant strip centers. Our Goal is to acquire and manage properties that serve a unique purpose in an area while being able to offer competitive rents. We also strive to achieve an acceptable return on investment in order to grow our portfolio through future acquisitions.
